I have been very impressed with the plants I have received from Proven Winners. They package their plants very carefully in sturdy containers. This plant arrived undamaged and in fine shape. The peppermint plant was large enough to split in two so that I could plant part in a garden and part in a pot. Both halves are doing well and thriving. An easy care, fun plant to grow.

Growing instructions for planting in the ground: trees should be planted 15 ft. apart and 15 ft. (dwarfs 8 ft.) away from the house or other trees, a site that receives full sun works best, but at least 50% sun is needed, dig a hole 8 in. to 10 in. larger than the root ball of the tree, important: fill the hole with water, remove the tree from the pot and place it in the water-filled hole, plant at the level it was grown in the nursery, do not put the bud union (graft) below the soil, add soil back to the hole filling all air pockets under and around the root ball, newly planted trees should be watered regularly (daily for the first week) for the first 3 months if rains are inadequate, after the first week, allow the soil to dry down before watering, do not mix fertilizer in the hole before planting, however, you can spread fertilizer on the ground around the tree the same day you plant it

My little tree is beautiful and healthy. The picture is a little misleading. Don't expect lemons. It isn't big enough to support all those lemons anyway. That's for next year.

A little bit smaller than I thought it would be, but a very nice kit. All of the panels are basically pre-assembled, so it is a cinch to put together. It took me 20 minutes with a cordless drill and one wrench to hold the nuts on the inside. The finished product is very attractive, just like the product photos. I measured my dog, Bella, before purchasing this and she should fit in there. What I did not take into account was the door height, it's kinda short for her. When she gets used to it I'm sure it will be fine. If I had it to do all over, I would get the next size larger dog house.
